Come and stay in the former summer residence of a famous family of vermouth makers. Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. I have a parking space that I make available to you free of charge :-)

Our accommodation with an equipped kitchen is reserved for you. It overlooks the Pont du Diable, and has exceptional views of our authentic landscapes. I would bring you a breakfast tray with fruit juice and homemade jam, bread, croissant, fruit and yogurt. The holiday apartment Mas Chloro-Phil with step-free interior is located in Clapiers and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.

Enjoy a comfortable and centrally-located place. A five-minute walk to downtown, in the heart of the street art district, our 25 m2 studio is the perfect place to enjoy the city on foot. For a concert, a feria, or a cultural visit, we are close to everything but far enough away to have a quiet stay. Longtime fans of the Airbnb spirit, we love to share by offering a table d'hôtes of local specialties and delicious pastries.
