Very nice house admirably equipped with beautiful swimming pool, neat garden and very pleasant to stay in. Careful owners, always available and very kind. A destination to recommend without reservation.

Excellent modern house, not far from a beautiful beach. The house is spacious and looks just like the photos - it had all the amenities you would want and the furniture and climate control was perfect. The local area was a bit lively at times, which was nice - most nights this ended at midnight but the house is well sound proofed. Lots of room for everything and well provided amenities. Definitely would recommend.

We were allowed to spend a few days with Fred very spontaneously and easily. A small, clean, beautiful gem, nothing is missing. We were very welcome. Everything within walking distance, beach, park to walk with dog, great bakery. Fred responded quickly to our request, welcomed us personally and also the challenge of parking, we traveled with a campervan, worked wonderfully, thanks to the help of Fred. Very nice house and perfect location.

Very friendly and caring host. Her mom is very helpful. She replaced the broken or missing equipment very quickly. The proximity to the beach, the possibility of taking your pet, the fact of being able to park in the garden, the air conditioning (even if it is a little noisy) are the big pluses of this rental. Thank you to them for the slightly flexible schedules. Would recommend without hesitation.

Perfect stay with charming, responsive and attentive hosts. Communication was effective. Quiet residential area and not too far from the sea. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the beautiful terrace.

We had a great time at Elodie and her partner's place. They are very friendly and responsive hosts. The house is in a very good location; a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are easily accessible on foot or by car. It's also very easy to park. The terrace is very pleasant, quiet, and the house is cool and well-equipped. Really no complaints!

The accommodation is really very well located, we are close to everything. The accommodation is small but very well arranged. We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days, ideal accommodation. The concierge is great. They are a couple, very welcoming, available and responsive, very flexible on schedules. We will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with beautiful sea views

We had a great time. The apartment with a large terrace is very beautiful. Parking is wide and accessible with a family vehicle. Finally, it is very well located, close to shops and the port. We were hosted very well by Nicolas.

Second stay in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor. Residence close to Cap d'Agde, amenities and shops, secure and quiet, 2 parking spaces including one in the basement with elevator, small private garden with outdoor furniture. Living area and bedroom with beautiful volumes and very bright. Bathroom with toilet. Comfortable bed The welcome is punctual, friendly and courteous and the concierge is attentive. Total satisfaction.

I'm delighted with my stay at Roland's place. The location of the apartment is perfect: just a gate separates us from the beach, close to the port center and restaurants, while being slightly out of the way to be quiet. The apartment is cozy! It felt good there. The sea view from the terrace is superb! A good place to recommend and remember... but shhh! Don't overdo it

We had a night in the accommodation. The concierge Romy welcomed us, handed over the keys and received the keys again the next day. The apartment is sufficiently large for 2 people, very well furnished and very clean.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

Great welcome by Régine, water was already cold in the fridge. Other drinks and snacks were also prepared. The furnishings of the apartment with loungers and umbrella for the beach was great. The location almost directly on the beach is of course unbeatable, even restaurants and bakeries were easily accessible on foot. The communication with Régine went very well, there were great suggestions for what we can do. Overall a really great stay.
