No traffic at the bottom of the building, you immediately access the pedestrian embankment and the beach with its children's games. The building (without elevator) is in the center of Grau d 'Agde, close to shops and the market, and less than 50m from a free parking. The apartment has wifi and air conditioning as well as all the comforts to enjoy your stay as a couple, with family or with friends.

The apartment was impeccable: very clean and very well-equipped. 2 fridges available for long stays, baby equipment also available. It's spacious. It's very well located: 2 minutes' walk to the beach and 5 minutes' drive to the waterfront. (restaurants and small port). I recommend it.

We had a very good week in Sandrine's accommodation, it is ideally located, a short walk to the beach and very close to all amenities. We didn't have to use the car for the week except for shopping at the beginning of the stay. The accommodation is very well equipped with a special mention for the terrace which is a real plus with a toddler who walks. 🤗 We will come back without hesitation!
