We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's. They are very attentive and do their utmost to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with pool views, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for outdoor dining while being sheltered... We have not yet finished exploring the Thau basin region and we will definitely return to Mèze.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, and it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (Air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide and help them as much as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

Lovely peaceful retreat, pool was great. Marseillon is a lovely place and only a few minutes walk away. Reliable buses to Marseillon Plage, Sete and Bezier, great for day trips.

We had an exceptional family stay at this very well renovated and perfectly equipped beach hut. The accommodation is in a great location: just 200 m away, the beach is within walking distance. In addition, all other amenities are accessible by bike (City, market, shops, swimming pool, spa, restaurants, etc.). Private parking and air conditioning are a real plus. We would recommend this listing.

We had a pleasant stay Accommodation as described, quiet , close to the beach, and the center of the grau d agde and just 10 minutes from the center of Cap d Agde Clear instructions The only small downside is indeed the air conditioning which is a little insufficient in the upper room but with the fan in the room it was nice We'll be back with pleasure at Nico and clear

We had a great time at Nicolas's house. It is well designed and well equipped. Air conditioning is an essential asset given the heat that prevailed in Agde during our stay. Nicolas responded to all our requests and gave us a lot of information about the area and with great responsiveness. Our 8-year-old grandson particularly enjoyed the walking distance to the beach.
