This pretty Landes house is nestled in the heart of Armagnac! The calm and beauty of the landscapes make it a guarantee of rest to better recharge your batteries! For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teens love going there and we have a great time as a family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

House completely renovated inside, 181 m², reversible air conditioning in the central room, as well as two reversible air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The house is fully equipped (washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, wine cellar, dishwasher) Some points are important, note that the terrace is 70 cm from the ground without a guardrail and the stairs are old and damaged to go up to the 2 bedrooms upstairs

Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
