I have renovated this place to be my dream getaway from Paris. Its direct access to the Bassin d'Arcachon makes for priceless views, dreamy walks and just about the best spot for morning coffee/afternoon apero. The garden is the heart of the house; it has a lovely terrace with seating/ eating space, BBQ, and romantic night lights. There are two bedrooms; one faces the water, the other one the house front. Please note that this place is very close to the road and the noise may be disturbing

It's all there! Really! Mélissa is an accommodating host on the arrival schedule, available if needed! Recommends good deals and especially makes a nice welcome gift (it was excellent). The only negative point for us (which may not be one for others and which is not his fault) is the location of the mobile home on the campsite. We found it very far from the infrastructure… with children I recommend having bikes… (even without children🤭) I recommend it and will come back without worries! It's a 10/10

The villa is sumptuous. Ideally located. Fully equipped with quality everything. We were 2 couples with 1 child each and the living space was perfect. The sleeping areas were very convenient for our setup. Very clean. Noémie is very attentive, responsive, accommodating and very friendly. A little attention (fluted) upon arrival was much appreciated. Thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Perfect stay!!! Marie is an exceptional host! What a welcome, a great kindness! We had a great time as part of the Village Marathon. The accommodation is really well located. As described, the amenities are nickel, the bedding is great, in short, nothing to say! Really good for a family of two adults with two children, but at 8 it goes very well too, we received friends runners:). In summary, we will come back, hoping that the sun is at the rendezvous again....

Lovely location with le bassin about a 100m at the end of the road. House looked exactly like the photos. Well stocked Casino supermarket 2 mins walk with an amazing deli next door. We had a couple of issues that needed Julien’s input. He responded immediately and they were both resolved. We loved the area and hope to come back. We would be very happy to stay at this property again.

The house is very nice and well maintained, the kitchen is functional and well equipped. Both bathrooms and toilets are convenient for group travel. The terrace and the small garden are lovely. There is a small courtyard in addition to hang laundry! The location is perfect: the beaches are very easily accessible by bike and there are small shops nearby on foot (or bike). The neighborhood is peaceful and the setting is very nice. We were 6 adults, 2 young children and a dog and the stay went perfectly well! Thank you!

Although the house is perhaps a little bit smaller than it appears on the listing, the big windows & well designed open spaces make it feel wonderfully light & airy, and the terraces on both sides are great as extra outdoor rooms.. this is a house that can be enjoyed to the maximum in any weather.

Monique is a lovely host. Very responsive in our messages, welcoming, smiling, communication was excellent. The accommodation is ideally located, clean, functional and full of charm with its terrace, plancha, sea view upstairs... we had flexibility in the checkout and even had bikes available very kindly. I would definitely recommend this place, I'll be back:)
