Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Le Canon, Lège-Cap-Ferret

We have been renting this house already for a few years and are also delighted.

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

Perfect accommodation, a weekend in nature while we are a 20-minute walk from the halls! 2 min walk to the beach And a 20-min walk to the wild coast Very well-equipped, quiet accommodation! Nothing to say, a small peaceful oasis.

The house is very functional and very comfortable with a half-vintage half-street decor. Being a fan of the doc Exit throught the gift shop, we loved it! As for the large terrace with tropical elegance, it invites you to read the wide choice of graphic novels and beautiful books on offer… The garden mixes local flora and diverse plantations, some of which are edible. Beaches are accessible by nearby bike paths. In short, a very original address that we recommend.

We were delighted with our stay, the house is convenient, well located and the outside is perfect with this large sheltered terrace, the pretty pool and the "chill" corners We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in this cozy apartment. It feels good right away, it is decorated with great taste and ideally located in the heart of Andernos city. Slight downside on the smell of cold cigarette impregnated in the apartment that we were unable to get away even by airing the rooms and the missing shower gel and shampoos which are yet mentioned in the listing. However, nothing inconvenient to have a lovely stay.

Loved our stay at Caroline's! The house is beautiful, and the garden, a real haven of peace! The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen functional and pleasant. Super convenient to be able to leave our car right in front, so we didn't hesitate to take it easily to visit the surroundings:) A truly relaxing week in absolute calm! We'll be back for sure!

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment, even better than in the photos. Breathtaking views at any time of the day. A modern, well-decorated, clean space. The little extras: the pool (with always the view of the pool) , the quiet environment. A perfect place for young and old. Alix and Fabrice are very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We will come back without hesitation! If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation: come with your eyes closed.

Accommodation exactly as described, welcoming host, clean and warm, well-equipped, quiet, towels provided, bed made on arrival, code box to retrieve the key to the accommodation which allowed us to leave early without waiting or disturbing our host, may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility, very good weekend, we recommend it.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all you could need for cooking. We really appreciated availability of spices , oils and herbs. And also utensils and cleaning materials were all there for our use. We were able to take 20 minute walk to boulangerie and only 5 minute drive to supermarket and fantastic pizza place. Great day trips to Bordeaux Hossegar, Capbreton Biarritz and Cap Ferret. Spacious feel to the apartment and very comfortable.

Everything was great. Our only problem was we were there during a holiday weekend and a house over had loud music playing until 5 am and we all had a harder night sleep. The next night they quieted down some. But otherwise location was great.

It was wonderful! First time in Cap Ferret and what a discovery! We loved it! The house was great, cozy and the terrace sunny! We all rode bikes and the location was really ideal between the ocean and the basin and not far from restaurants and shops! We can't wait to come back!!!

Very beautiful, pleasant and cozy house extremely well located. 2 steps from the sea by a small sandy path. Close to the beautiful Pereire beach and its large pedestrian promenade by the sea. The heart of Arcachon, which is a very pretty city, is a little further away but close enough to be able to access it on foot by walking on the large bike path that is at the foot of the house We immediately felt at home in this haven of peace and tranquility. The garden and covered terrace are of course a plus. A big thank you to our contact, Nicolas. For his attentiveness and for the time dedicated to making our stay a perfect one. It was. We can only highly recommend this house.

House as described, in perfect condition, beautiful volumes, nice decoration, quality bedding, very pleasant to stay in. The contact is very friendly with Marion who does not hesitate to offer flexibility on departure and arrival times if she has the opportunity. We had a pleasant stay.

Stay in Cap Ferret out of season, at the end of December. Caroline's cottage has been a cocoon of sweetness. We were able to make fireplace fires every day. The house is ideally located to reach shops, the market, the beaches of the Ocean and the fishing village, always on foot.
