The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine for our guests' convenience. The large Lounge/Diner opens up onto a balcony. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am.

Fint studio med god beliggenhet midt mellom Antibes og JLP. Skinnende ren leilighet. Fin balkong! Alt du behøver i leiligheten. Nyoppusset og lekkert bad. Den lille alkove er uten vindu, så ikke optimalt å sove der. Stille og rolig om kvelden i området. Trygt og fint i komplekset.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The location of the apartment is perfect to visit Antibes and all the area. From here it is easy to enjoy all the walks in Cape d’Antibes, the beaches and Antibes centre, even without a car. The apartment is spacious for a family to have a comfortable stay, the terrace is beautiful and surrounded by a gorgeous Mediterranean garden. On the terrace we had several meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Mr Pavy was very kind to welcome us with a lovely bottle of rosé and biscuits from Antibes. He came again for our check out. Christophe was always available via messages. We had the most pleasant stay in his apartment and we will definitely be back.

Haus in top Lage mit wunderschönem Weitblick auf das Meer von der großflächigen Terrasse aus. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Wohlfühl-Urlaub braucht: von der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit, der Kommunikation bereits lange im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter, der eine Liste wertvoller Tipps für Restaurants bereithält. Hôte très sympathique et appartement conforme à la description. Il est très bien situé et bien équipé ! Le seul petit bémol que j’ai pu avoir est la présence de voisins un peu bruyants mais tout le reste était impeccable donc je n’en prends pas compte dans la notation et je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour !

Julien e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi durante l'intero soggiorno. La casa è splendida, ha una vista unica ed è attrezzata molto bene, non manca proprio nulla! Siamo stati comodissimi e abbiamo goduto della piscina e del BBQ trascorrendo delle giornate di sole bellissime, abbiamo veramente apprezzato la gentilezza e la reattività di Julien quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto. The host (Helene) was very friendly and helpful from the point of booking. She was flexible about our arrival (due to flight delays) and gave us a warm welcome, including snacks, jam, brioche, milk, juice, wine and ample coffee pods for the machine. The house is beautiful and spacious - it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool was wonderful and set to a nice warm temperature. The location is pleasant and close to the beach. There are limited restaurants nearby but the hypermarket is in walking distance. The bus stop is nearby. It’s about 30 mins walk to the train station but this will take you everywhere along the coast! We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful apartment in a peaceful setting. The apartment has everything you need for a family holiday. There are two bedrooms with double beds and a large sofa bed. The main living area has air con which was well needed during our hot stay. The bedrooms both have fans, which keep them cool enough to sleep. The outdoor space really sets the apartment above others. There is a large pool with games and inflatables. Several outdoor dining areas which are sheltered from the sun. The train station is a short 10 minute walk which then connects you to various beautiful locations along the south coast. Would highly recommend this accommodation, great value for money on the wonderful French Riviera.
