The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.

Hi guest, We rent a 33m2 studio in the municipality of Broc. The studio is located in our home. It has its own access and parking. The place is secure and quiet. You can walk to the Lac du Broc if desired. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed with a real 15cm mattress, wifi, TV and A/C. We provide the towels. The kitchen is equipped but we are attentive to your needs and can offer a baby bed.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked for the dates you want, you will also find the Chalet des Loups. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an option, there is a private spa in a cave 50 m from the chalet, open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours of access.
