Great stay as a family at Séverine's. The accommodation is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean, functional and has everything you need. Séverine is very nice and has good advice for the stay. We would not hesitate to return during a possible future visit to Annecy.

We were very well received by Thierry, who was available and warm upon arrival. The accommodation was as described, very clean and in a good location. He also provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of the stay, and even provided bicycles. We would highly recommend it.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Annecy. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and Dominique was responsive to all our queries.

The apartment is in the hyper-center of Annecy. Double glazed window so quite quiet. Very clean. Paid parking next door (15.- for a day and a half). the bedding is very comfortable. we even have a bottle of white for our arrival and there were also two coffee capsules. It's very enjoyable! Communication with Paulin was easy. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The property is true to the photos with a magnificent view. Lots of amenities available which makes the stay even more enjoyable. I'll just add a small downside about the hot/cold shower settings that didn't work. I recommend this beautiful place!

Beautiful apartment! Ideally located close to Old Town and the Lake! Stunning lake views, of course. The apartment is very clean and above all very well-equipped! We had a lovely weekend with family at Pauline's. Thanks to Pauline for the very clear check-in procedures. The accommodation is in a very good location and the photos are consistent with the accommodation. My grandchildren enjoyed the games available.

We had a lovely stay, quiet, by the lake. The location of the house is ideal and the accommodation is well-equipped. Philippe is very friendly and responsive. We will gladly come back to that.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

We were hosted very well by Fred. The apartment is conveniently located with breathtaking views. The lake, the mountains, and the delicious Savoyard biscuit. If you want to get away from your hectic life... go for it!

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

Very beautiful quality of the accommodation Well thought out and very well-appointed accommodation. Kitchen is of very high quality and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and of high quality as well. The balcony is just exceptional, as is the view of Lac du Bourget.

The accommodation lives up to what is projected with the photos, modern, well-equipped and perfectly located. The lake view is beautiful. Tiphaine was a perfect host, accepting an early arrival to allow our daughters to nap and available by message to answer any questions we had. Only small point of vigilance for sensitive people: we were hot in April when all the heaters were off (and it is not possible to leave the windows open because of the noise on the parking lot / street side). But it might be manageable in the summer with a good fan!

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊

Beautiful view from the bathroom that makes all the charm of this apartment! Direct and private access to the lakefront, to the bike path and to the main road! Unbeatable price in view of the location!
