We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

We had an unforgettable girls weekend in the Granges à Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding. The air conditioning is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the care for us, thank you again

Great weekend at Martin's house. True to the description, it is perfect for a group of friends, and arranged so that everyone is happy. Terrace is very nice. 3 floors, living room, small living room… everything is good! Martin and his dad Christophe are very available; it was very nice to have this flexibility for check-in and checkout. And thank you for the gourmet welcome! Don't hesitate! 300 m from the via rhona (bike) in a quiet cornfield. Small studio tastefully renovated. You can put the bikes in their garage. Very discreet hosts. Don't forget to buy a brioche saint genix (town 5 km away)

We took the accommodation for one night with 11 friends, and we weren't disappointed! The place is beautiful, quiet, with mountain views, in addition to a pool and jacuzzi that allow you to enjoy the view even more quietly. The interior is great, there is space and it is clean. Enough to have fun with the petanque court, ping pong table, pool, foosball, etc... Very happy to have chosen this accommodation I recommend without a second thought Sébastien's house! ;)

We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from Annecy city center. Thank you so much!

Excellent rental and good value for money. A recommended listing. House on the ground floor, well located near the lake, quiet, with a parking space. Clean house with services offered with great attention and delicacy, where we are greeted with a vase of flowers, coffee, teas available, books and coloring available for children. You won't be disappointed by the accommodation but will want to come back.

Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

We had a great time at the apartment. Check-in instructions are clear and detailed. The apartment is conveniently located for enjoying the esplanade and the pedestrian lakeshore. The views from the living room and terrace are stunning. A real breath of air! The apartment is very clean as well as the sheets and towels, good quality bedding. Small +: very nice children's games right across from the apartment. One note: there is no microwave and for us that was a minus.

Exceptional and beautiful place because of its park and location. Really caring owners. One downside, all the bedding is not great, especially a 140 bed, otherwise very pleasant to live in, I recommend it.

Exceptional accommodation ideally located close to the lake and some shops! Inside, you'll find everything that's most modern. With its many windows, it offers incredible brightness and lake views. I would recommend it without a second thought!
