Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Le Bourget-du-Lac

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en mai 2025 dans ce très beau gîte, qui dispose de toutes les prestations et le confort nécessaire pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Le gîte est spacieux, bien aménagé, avec un grand jardin, et situé dans un environnement calme. Amélie notre hôte a été parfaite : informations détaillées pour l'arrivée et le départ, réactive à nos messages et demandes (problème d'évier bouché, résolu dans la journée). Pour un prochain séjour dans cette belle région, nous serions ravis de pouvoir revenir dans ce gîte.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Le chalet de Cathy et Christophe est très confortable et très agreable. L'environnement est paisible et ressourçant. De belles promenades à proximité et de jolis sites à visiter. Cathy a été accueillante et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nicolas a été très accueillant en nous permettant d’accéder plus tôt au logement. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont appréciables en cette période estivale. Le lieu possède un charme fou. Attention néanmoins aux voisins qui ne supportent pas le moindre bruit.

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Maison Forestière qui est idéalement située pour les randonnées et les activités en plein air. L’environnement est très calme et agréable. Le logement est impeccable et très bien équipé. La maison est bien agencée : la grande pièce à vivre avec la cuisine ouverte est conviviale, et chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Merci à Éric et Dominique, flexibles et à notre disposition en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Magnifique maison très spacieuse au cœur d’un écrin de verdure. Extrêmement bien équipée et propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Un séjour très agréable dans ce logement. Nous avons adoré la terrasse sous le glycine, la grande pièce principale très lumineuse et sa bibliothèque de bandes-dessinées que nous ne sommes pas parvenues à épuiser malgré un rythme intensif mais aussi les allers et venues du chat noir, très attachant ou le poêle mis à disposition. Agnès a, par ailleurs, été une hôte très réactive, et aidante. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

le lieu, le cadre, la maison tout était incroyable !!! la piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus et le jacuzzi à 40 est tellement appréciable après !!

Notre we en famille , c’est très bien passé dans cette maison parfaite pour un we paisible en famille. La piscine chauffée a été très appréciée par les enfants.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille (12 personnes) dans cette superbe résidence à Pont-de-Beauvoisin. Le cadre est absolument idyllique : spacieux, arboré, et très bien aménagé, tout est pensé pour le confort et la praticité. La propriété est d’une grande beauté et invite à la détente. Brigitte est particulièrement sympathique et à l’écoute, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis !
