No cleaning fee is applied if the property is returned in the same tidy and clean condition as when the guest arrived (in particular, vacuuming and mopping) If not, a charge of €50 will be applied

The private Berthe apartment is air-conditioned, it is located in the heart of the Métairie du Château, on the 1st floor, overlooking the courtyard of an old rehabilitated farmhouse. It is named after one of the sharecroppers and is in the old barn. Outdoor parking space in the private path, shared pool access to the property. Bed linen and bath sheets will be provided, Wi-Fi connection available.
