Very good stay, the accommodation is very clean, functional, the rooms are large and pleasant; the balcony is very nice for breakfast and dinner. There is a small parking lot 100 meters away if there is no space in front of the residence. Antonietta is very friendly and very responsive, we'll be back with pleasure.

House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

A set of marble stairs leads up to the entrance of a small apartment building. The exterior features metal railings and a mailbox area mounted on the wall. A vibrant red car is parked nearby, surrounded by greenery.

Excellent apartments. Very clean, kitchen fully equipped. Even many games for our children. The bed is comfortable, nice size balcony. We also appreciated the friendly welcome and friendly communication with the host (Daniela), who was helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We had a fantastic stay. It was so nicely decorated. I felt like a local living in the area, and not like in an ordinary, boring vacation rental. Great experience. we'll be back for sure.

We held my brother's bachelor party at this villa. We were seven guys, and yet spending an entire night in such a large, well-equipped, functional, and welcoming villa didn’t feel expensive at all. The villa is perfectly suited for hosting more than seven people. The equipments are good, complete, and everything is in place to ensure you have an excellent stay. There were signs of life in the villa, so naturally a few minor damages occurred. But nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. On the contrary, everything that’s supposed to work, works perfectly. We were all extremely satisfied with the villa, located in a quiet yet lively little area. Denis is reachable by messages and replies very quickly. It’s very convenient if you have any questions, he’ll be there to answer them. Thanks for the villa ! :)
