Superb house ideally located in front of the lake, 10 minutes from shops on foot. Very nice garden. Very well organized house for 2 families and very well equipped

Beautiful place

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

Well appointed apartment in a super location. Great for a family holiday. Friendly and helpful host with good communication.

We had a great time at Stefania's house. The location is great, we almost never needed the car, which is perfect with small children. The beach, bakery, restaurants and ice cream parlors are all within walking distance. The garden is also beautiful and very large with plenty of seating.

Duration: 10 days. Excellent accommodation. Great house (actually even nicer than in the photos!), fantastic location with great view of the lake, great garden, very quiet (absolutely private), (communal) pool and air conditioning of great advantage in great heat. The entire complex is very well maintained. The host is very attentive, likable and friendly. We really liked the place Cassone (shortly before or behind Malcesine). Not a tourist stronghold, but somehow typically Italian, everything still "normal." Ideal location for excursions in all directions. Fantastico! We plan to come back.. :-)

The place was great especially if you want to swim in lovely pools without you have to fight for deck chairs and sleep with half of Denmark, we really need all 3 pools, something for all ages. You live in a nice apartment with good sleeping conditions, a large cozy terrace and own washing machine, nice we could sleep in separate rooms. The kitchen was a little lacking and especially missed a few wine glasses, now that you were in Italy 😂 The host was quick to respond and very helpful, all in all only great recommendation from here. note that there is no air conditioning so it is a bit warm in the apartment. At least we'd love to come again 🌞

We choose Silvia’s apartment for two reasons after a lot of looking on line . We wanted a lovely view of the Lake and a great location to catch the ferries to explore further . Silvia’s place was ideal , very comfortable to come back to after a long day . Salo is a great base and Silvia’s apartment is quiet , comfortable beds with a bit of the Italian quirky. We really enjoyed our stay and thank Clara ( Silvia’s Mum ) for picking us up from the wrong bus stop . Highly recommend.

We stayed with our dog at Simone and Simona's for a week and it was just perfect for us. The apartment was nice and cool at 36 degrees outside temperature, if it is not cool enough, you can use the air conditioning, but it is also very pleasant without it. The area in the garden is also beautiful and you can relax here. Linens and towels are provided, which saves a lot of luggage. A parking space on the private property is also available, so you can always park your car safely. You also get great tips for the area and if you have questions and write to the two, then we never had to wait longer than 15-30 minutes for a response, rather only 5 minutes. It's great to have such friendly, helpful and easily accessible hosts. The beach is also within walking distance, as well as various bars and restaurants. Even Lidl is not a long walk. We would be happy to recommend the accommodation and Simone & Simona.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Gemma and Edda were both so kind and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. Gemma gave us great advice on where to eat and told us the history of the area. We had a wonderful time exploring the small towns and relaxing. I highly recommend this amazing place.

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

The place was very good and clean. In addition, communication with Anna and other tenants was very smooth. Our requests were also responded to quickly. For example, we received a toaster and a baby high chair very quickly. The place was also close to the beach, in a good location and in a quiet area. The only downside was that the downstairs resident rang his alarm clock a few mornings so that it could be heard in our apartment, waking some of us up. Hot water also ran out once during our stay. After a few hours of waiting, however, hot water was available again.

The views were breath-taking. You have a beautiful view of the lake. It’s is really postcard-like. The house itself is very clean, and spacious. We really had a wonderful time. One thing to be cautious of is the tiny road for the last 300meters. We have a middle-size SUV and we ended up parking it at the paid public car-park and renting the smallest car possible.

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

The place has been very clean and well decorated, the view is even more beautiful than in the photos. You have the garden with a pool completely to yourself! When the neighbors are there (the property is privately owned and not a vacation home), they can completely see the garden when coming and going, which did not disturb us. There is nothing missing in the apartment, Garda is within walking distance and a swimming beach as well. We would come back anytime:)

We stayed here three nights (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby) and we enjoyed it very much! The location of the house is really great, with great views, in a beautiful place above Lake Garda. Everything was very clean and new, the beds very comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything we needed. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and always a real oasis in summer! Check-in and communication with Davide was very easy and nice! We immediately felt comfortable and would definitely come back :)

An absolutely quiet area. We felt very comfortable and at home. The house was equipped with everything you need for everyday needs and shopping is also not too far away. We also liked the possibility of sitting outside under a roof and there was also plenty of space for the cars. All in all, we highly recommend Laura's place.

The apartment is nice and spacious. We are a family of 8 and we were comfortable in 2 bedrooms with 3 beds plus one double sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is nice and well equiped, the dinning table is big with 8 chairs. We had very nice Easter breakfast there. Gardaland is just around the corner. The lake is close and you can take a nice walk there. For us, everything was great and exceeded our expectations.

We felt very comfortable, the amenities and cleanliness were great. Everything was available for our two children (cot, high chair) Thanks for the great vacation :)

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. Two terraces gave us the opportunity to sit in the sun or in the shade. The view from the roof terrace to Torri and the lake is fantastic. The beds were good, the apartment very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything and more, lots of dishes and cutlery, so the dishwasher is also worthwhile, and even things like a salad spinner. The location is very good, you are in Torri in 10 minutes, but it is very nice and quiet in the evening. The reception was personal and straightforward, our inquiry in the event of a power outage was answered and clarified very nicely and at short notice. The private parking space was very spacious, even for our station wagon. We will be back!

The house of Chrstiano is ideally for a nice stay on Lake Garda. On the very large terrace you can endure it. If it gets too warm, you still have a way to retreat to the shady lawn. The house is very quiet, even though a small street passes by the house. Parking is right in front of the house, great! Everything was very clean. Christiano is an attentive and friendly host who always responds very quickly to questions. We loved it.
