The new construction of the house was completed in the spring of 2023. The impressive outdoor terrace has a direct lake view, as does the living/dining room. The jetty is for the exclusive, private use of our guests. Lazise is within walking distance along the lake (car-free) in 10-12 minutes.

The apartment is divided into a living room with kitchenette and terrace with a nice table for 4/6 people, a spacious double bedroom with a balcony, a bedroom with a single bed and the possibility to transform it into a double bed of 160cm x 200cm and a nice bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is a garage for a medium-sized car and a laundry room with a washing machine, sink and toilet.
