This a wonderful, 4 bedroom, spacious home. Our parents bought and renovated this house so they could have a space the whole family can enjoy. It is walking distance to Saltburn’s beautiful beach and quirky town centre and an easy drive to get to the North Yorkshire Moors and the Tees Valley. PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: - You are welcome to bring dogs, but please be aware: there are small gaps in the bottom of the garden fence so it is not fully secure for small dogs. There is a small pond also.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep.
