Very spacious house had enough bathrooms for everyone the hot tub was a huge hit my kids loved it and so did the adults. It has everything you need. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having games for guest to play. And the propane for the fire pit was empty but we figured out how to change it out. The house was perfect for us all.

Had a great stay at Taylor’s for a ski trip up to Snowbird. The space was plenty for the 6 of us with enough amenities for larger groups. The fireplace was super nice for the winter cold and having a laundry machine was a plus after a day on the slopes. Super smooth stay with no little to no contact necessary because everything we needed was listed in the handbook.

Even was an incredible host!!! The location was perfect, home was immaculate and his communication was next level! We will be recommending this to everyone coming to SLC!!!! Super clean, comfortable and the coffee shop out front was icing on the cake. It was truly so easy and Even made it effortlessly from start to finish. We look forward to staying with them in the future! Thank you for having our family of 5! We had the Best time!!!!

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

I had a great stay in SLC at this apt. I was in town for work and the space was exactly what I needed for the week, I will plan to stay here in the future for use of amenities and cleanliness and how close it was to everything I needed in downtown salt lake. Property manager was extremely responsive and provided clear great instructions for access and use. Thank you for a great stay!

Britt and Gabe were very welcoming! We had a change in plans and they were very accommodating with our check in. The apartment was located in a great spot. We were in town for volleyball and were able to walk to the convention center as well as restaurants.

We had an exceptional experience with Austin as our host. His place was ideally situated just steps away from the Apex lift, and we thoroughly enjoyed the array of amenities offered in the condo. We're already looking forward to returning in the near future. Many thanks for providing such a wonderful experience

this house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. it is clean, gorgeous, ans spacious. we are coming in again in 2 weeks and i wish it was available to book again. the only complaint, is the beds are very hard and springing, but other than that it is perfect!

This was our second time to stay at this property. It works really well for our family. The host is always responsive and friendly. If they don’t answer fairly quickly just nudge them. We all get busy with life. The house is well appointed. You could easily sleep 12 at this property. Not cramped at all. Easy to get to just about everywhere you want to go to in SLC. Can easily recommend staying at this property.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and had a good experience overall. A good value for the money, in a convenient location. Easy parking and check in, access to public transit, walkable to restaurants and cafes. A bit dated, but clean. Beds were super comfy, and AC was great for temperature control in the living area and bedrooms. Does require walking up at least 1 flight of stairs (2 if you are staying in the lofted upstairs bedroom), which wasn't clear in the listing. There is not a dedicated workspace as noted in the listing, but the wifi mostly held up well enough for 2 people on work calls. Washer/dryer (requires reloading a laundry cash card), gym, hot tub are in a shared location a short walk from the apartment.

Hands down the absolute best house for our needs and the greatest hosts! Amy and Greg were extremely responsive and so accommodating. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was awesome to have a couple different gathering places when some wanted to watch basketball and others preferred something else. Clean, comfortable, a remarkably well-stocked kitchen with an absolutely breathtaking view. What more could we possibly hope for?
