This was a really good place to stay. I booked this place for my colleagues twice as they really enjoyed it while they were in the area. Communication with the host was also really good, fast and efficient. We would definitely use this place again if we are in the area - Thankyou

Our stay at Yvonne’s beautiful 17th-century farmhouse was absolutely wonderful. The home is full of charm and character, just as shown in the listing—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature. It truly felt like a home away from home. Yvonne was a fantastic host—always reachable and incredibly prompt with her responses. Her helpfulness made our stay even more comfortable. We would highly recommend this special place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in a historic setting.

Yussuf's Caravan was lovey it was Immaculately clean. I could not find one single thing wrong with the cleanliness of this lovey caravan, and I even looked when i couldn't find anything, I couldn't even notice 1 thing that wasn't impeccably clean. Real attention had been paid to all aspects of our stay here, down to the towels on the beds ready for use. My little boy had even forgotten his teddy bear :( tears a-plenty... but no Yussuf even had that covered three dinosaur teddy bears in one the of the bedrooms that changed a disastrous evening into one of smiles and joy again. Gorgeous caramel coffees waiting for us by the kettle and plenty of tasty biscuits to bring us back to life after a long drive gorgeous tea 2 for that matter. Would recommend to anyone especially if you like a clean well presented reasonably priced place to stay for you and your family. We were picking up a sailing boat from Harwich and the tide was against us so needed somewhere quickly for the night. 10/10 x

I know the surrounding area as my family lived nearby some years ago and I visited as a child. The hiuse was as described, beautifulky decorated and clean and was well equipped and supplied for our stay. The local pub the Victory is great and so is the chippy Yates' is excellent. Our children enjoyed the pier too. Our firends were keen tonlook round as they wanted to stay in the future but the house is fully booked ! Thanks and we may be back in the future.

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place in Bradwell-on-Sea with my family. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a peaceful spot, perfect for unwinding, and just a short walk to the beach and scenic coastal paths. The place was well-equipped and comfortable. My daughter loved feeding Alpacas and Chickens. Would definitely recommend for a quiet family getaway!

The house was pristine, so cozy and warm. It was in a great location for what we needed, but also very close to the train station, bus stops. Ian was very responsive and helpful, great host!
