We spent a night here on a bike ride. We enjoyed the garden, the coffee provided and the fabulous breakfast from Sebastian. We felt completely comfortable at the place and can only confirm all the good that has already been said! Tip: The "Rue de Derièrre Saint Martin" is extremely steep. It is better to drive the parallel street ("Grand Rue")

Passing through Nancy for two days, we were looking for a small house with a garden to welcome our children around a barbecue, where our dog and theirs could play safely. This house met all of our expectations. In addition, we found it extremely clean and even prettier than the photos. The center of the village is within walking distance and offers several shops. There are many neighbors opposite and don't expect to enjoy a lot of privacy, but the neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the neighbors friendly. Special mention for Gilbert, who responded immediately to each of our messages.

I recommend this accommodation, easy to access, rather easy to park on the street, the fact that the accommodation is in the backyard brings privacy and tranquility! It is very well equipped, nicely decorated. In summary, we were more than satisfied with our time in this accommodation. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely weekend at Caroline and her husband's, very nice and very considerate people. If we go back to the area, don't hesitate to stay with them. I would highly recommend this listing.

The stay was amazing. The place is located in a very calm and peaceful residential neighbourhood. It has several cafes and a large supermarket nearby. Inside the house, everything was well organised and the place was very clean. Overall it was really good and worth a visit.

The apartment is absolutely superb (even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. Simply huge!). We particularly loved the attention to the decoration. Everything is done to have a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything is very clean and of good quality, especially the bed linen and dishes. The location is impeccable. 30 seconds' walk from Majorelle city, you feel completely privileged! The Musée de l'École de Nancy is a 12-minute walk, Nancy Thermal is a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood is very well connected by transportation to get to the city center in less than 15 minutes, if you don't want to walk (the network is efficient, the MyBus app allows you to buy tickets online and find out about routes). Eric is perfectly welcoming and friendly, while being 100% discreet. It was an amazing stay and Eric's accommodation greatly contributed to the memory we will have of Nancy!

We had a wonderful stay at Simon's place! In the downtown of Nancy near to cool wine bars in the Old City and blocks away from Place Stanislas, it was perfect for a week visiting friends.

Good stay at Franck's place, very responsive host and responds to messages without any problems. Apartment in the middle of the blocks but no problem despite important football matches and overflows in many other cities. Everything is compliant and convenient in the accommodation, perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at Bernard and Catherine's, Guillaume their son guided me perfectly for my independent check-in. The accommodation is spacious, very clean, quiet with everything you need to feel at home, the parking right in front is very convenient and the garden is beautiful! Thank you for all these little details that make the difference. I will come back without hesitation!

Everything was very well thought out in this mini studio: kettle, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer etc... The equipment and furniture are new and the bedding is good quality. Great value for money. Bonus: a few restaurants right next door for breakfast and lunch. A bus stop right across the street. Communication with the host was very nice.

I thank Catherine for hosting us and for her responsiveness. I was delighted with this stay in her beautiful Art Nouveau house, and the quality of her hospitality. I was able to quickly reach the festival I was traveling to in Nancy. Its house is close to all the interesting cultural places and in particular the Majorelle house and the museum of the school of Nancy. The bedroom is very spacious, the kitchen as well as the ensuite bathroom. Yes, it is very pleasant to take a shower in the evening after a long day of walking and exploring. We were able to discuss culture in Nancy, which was very interesting.

Only one thing with parking. If you come back later in evening you need go around to find place to park. So it is sometimes need to walk 10-15 min till parking place.

Great location. The building is a little worn but the apartment is bright with great views. Basement parking is convenient.
