Atypical accommodation in the heart of a beautiful park. Lots of activities for the kids: ping pong, foosball etc. The spa and sauna very nice for adults. So we were all able to enjoy our stay. The park is private and shared with permanent tenants. 5 minutes away is a restaurant worth it: L’Ancien Moulin in Houdemont.

We had a pleasant week in Nancy in Dorothée and François's beautiful apartment. Nice welcome with a lot of availability and full of small touches for us and our little cat Loustik that are really nice. The apartment is very nice, very clean and very functional, nothing missing... The outside overlooks a large terrace not overlooked, overlooking the canal. The place is very quiet and well placed to visit Nancy and walk or bike. The secure garage is also a real plus. Rental to recommend without hesitation. Christine and Eric

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine's home very much. It is a real treat to have the advantages of a house with a private garden in a city. We relished its cooling effect on the hot summer days. We liked the ensuite shower just behind the bed in the master bedroom facing the garden. You'll enjoy the morning sun there when you've opened the automatic roller blinds. The other office/ bedroom is facing the street and getting the afternoon sun. Cathrine put so much love into renovating the house, it's a real gem. You will find everything you need for your stay. Within walking distance there is a Monoprix and Carrefour. Nancy Thermal is just a step away just like the Art Noveau Museum. You'll find a bus stop in front of Nancy Thermal where you can get into the town centre in about 10 min. Parking is possible in front of the house or the surrounding streets. We found the payment via app comfortable, but there is also a parking meter. It was always easy and nice getting in touch with Cathrine.

Excellent communication with Delphine who was very nice and concerned about our well-being during the stay. Atypical accommodation with character, very clean and true to the description. Warm atmosphere with the fireplace. The bathroom is lovely. No refrigerator though, there are minibars in the rooms. The kitchenette is upstairs and the meeting room/dining room is on the ground floor, which was not very convenient for us. But it is possible to have meals in the rooms, on the same floor as the kitchenette.

The apartment is small but very nice. The jacuzzi is without a doubt the highlight of the apartment. Otherwise there are plenty of parking options and all the hotspots of Nancy are within walking distance (Place Stan and Parc Pepiniere are 15 minutes walking distance away).

SOUTH facing apartment, very bright, tastefully furnished and very well equipped to the point that you want to cook. Very convenient laundry area (washing machine, dryer and iron), lots of board games. A huge terrace ideal for strolling even during this Indian summer period. Since the apartment is full, I could leave my bike on the terrace. It is quite difficult to find a parking space nearby but the owner can offer a garage. The apartment is a 1/2 hour walk from the city center, 5’ walk from the Majorelle villa (absolutely worth a visit). Anyway, I had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and thoughtfully renovated Airbnb in Nancy. The space is full of charm and clearly cared for with love and attention to detail. What made the experience even more special was the host’s warmth and hospitality. Even though she doesn’t speak English fluently, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome, using a phone translator to explain everything clearly and patiently. I truly appreciated her kindness and the effort she made to ensure I had a great stay. Highly recommended!
