Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

On a plateau overlooking 120ha meadows and groves the sheep farm of Le Boucheron is located 15 km south of Limoges. This is the oldest house on the estate that has been renovated to make it a cozy and very comfortable cottage with 4 bedrooms en suite. The house opens on one level to a shaded lawn lot. My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.
