The latter, on one level, is surrounded by a park of 2 hectares, and inhabited by the owners. It includes a kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see plan). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. Welcome to Laverune village. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is autonomous with a key box, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. maximum
