43 m² gîte on the ground floor of a house of character, located in a mountain hamlet in the heart of Cantal, 5 km from the resort of Lioran, 8 km from the medieval city of Murat and 20 km from the Grand Site du Puy Mary. Ideal for hikers, the cottage is on the GR400 (Tour des Monts du Cantal) and on the Via Arverna (Compostela path). There is another cottage with separate entrance upstairs. The hamlet being on the side of the mountain, the gîte is semi-underground and has a glass door and 2 small windows.

On the top floor of the Tour de la Sumene overlooking the resort, you will find this 35 m² apartment, with a closed sleeping area and a mezzanine with 2 beds for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker located indoors. For the summer it is ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or cycling. All shops are at the foot of the tower.
