Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This quaint silo is only 2 miles from the nationally known hot pools of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. This silo sleeps 4 guests. There is a king size bed upstairs and the couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchenette with all the basic utensils needed. You will love the custom shower in this bathroom. This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in.
