Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was lovely and beautifully decorated. We had everything that we needed! There is a paved walking trail very close to the apartment that my family and I walked nearly every day, which was so nice! I would absolutely stay here again.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and two red armchairs situated around a decorative area rug. A stone fireplace is centered on a light green wall, with a large flat-screen TV mounted above. Natural light is invited through the window treatments.
