Great cozy place that fit our needs.. Very quiet with great surroundings. Kitchen had everything we needed and the check out instructions were clear and posted. Family would love to return some day.

We had a great weekend of relaxation and fishing. Kirk was a great host! He has a beautiful home, very responsive, and super friendly! We loved that we could rent the boat for the day as well. this ade it super easy and convenient for us to just show up and enjoy our weekend! We will definitely book again.

Great place to stay in every way… We “highly recommend” staying here if you desire a hassle free vacation on the water! Not only is the home beautifully decorated and extremely clean, it has everything ‘extra’ you may need as well… such as electronic device charging stations, extra blankets, comfortable seating indoor and outdoors, game room, toys, games, baby/toddler amenities, life vests, fishing rods, kayaks, and the list goes on and on. Kitchen is totally stocked with any utensil you could imagine, pots & pans, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and many thoughtful things such as a snack bar, coffee and amenities. Beds were comfy and bathrooms had extra toiletries such as shampoo, body soap, Qtips, extra tissue, blow dryer, curling iron, etc. Honestly all you need to bring are your personal belongings and groceries! This has been the “Best” place we’ve stayed thus far and it was such a fun experience! The hosts were also great, and very responsive. Don’t miss out on this one!!!

We rented Barrett’s place for a long weekend to have a celebration for my youngest son’s high school graduation. My family, friends, and I all loved it. The house, the views, easy access to the little dock on the lake, and all the little extras were more than we could have asked for. The young adults (my son’s, their girlfriends, and their friends) loved the board games provided. They also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The steps into the lake made it very easy to launch our kayaks. Everyone who came to the party gushed over how nice it was. Nikki messaged me sometime after our arrival to make sure everything was going well. She was so kind and thoughtful. I have zero negative thoughts or comments about this wonderful gem on Lake Greenwood. We are already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return later this summer.

This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay. It felt like a home you can relax in and enjoy. Extremely clean. The host always responded immediately and was flexible and easy to work with. It had a nice backyard and while we didn't have time to use the pool, it looked very refreshing. There were really nice amenities. I wish we could've stayed longer in this place.

We loved the location of our stay and the porch facing the lake was absolutely beautiful, but we want to be fair in our review for the next renter. The home is situated on a very steep decline and I would not recommend renters with disabilities. There was what looked like improvements being made to the front parking area, noted by the large piles or gravel/and or dirt on the sides of the property. If a renter wanted to bring their own boat, the ramp no longer is available at the home. The owner had many personal items in areas where renter would want to store their own items, for example sweaters and slippers. We truly believe there is a lot of potential and opportunity for this home to transform itself into an amazing lake getaway. Again, all of this is our personal experiences with renting Airbnb & VRBOs. We however were grateful for the cabin on the lake rental in the area that allowed dogs!

Great place for a birthday celebration even though the concert we booked to see didn’t happen. The girls loved the pool and the pizza oven was the best. So much fun and lots of privacy and beautiful setting and the house was set up and built perfectly for what we wanted. Thank you for hosting. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Woodruff. We were in town for family get together weekend! So nice to have a place right in town. The home is brand new and so cute. The Main street is quiet & easy to get around, there is a nice Coffee Shop Humble Grounds I believe its called - they were so nice and there coffee and snacks are great! Thank you Bryon!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this wonderful lake home. We felt right at home, home was very clean, well maintained with all furnishings from towels, linens, beach towels, etc. The kids loved the pool along with kayaks, corn hole boards, board games and the lovely firepit with great water views. We would love to make this our every year vacation home and thank you Joel for being such a wonderful host, can't wait for our next trip.

We had an excellent stay at George's place. The unit is conveniently located near plenty of activities but still feels quiet. We appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. Accessing the unit was easy and the directions simple to follow. If you are looking for a quiet, couple's place for a long weekend would definitely recommend checking out this place.

The cabin was exactly as described. The road getting to the cabin was a bit bumpy and a sports car might have some issues, but the family sedan was fine going very slow. Be sure you pack towels and sheets.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the view from the front porch and watching all the birds (bird feeders all around)! It has everything we needed and comfy beds too!

This place has been thoughtfully decorated and every piece of furniture conveniently arranged. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed is firm and for my needs and based on chiropractors’ recommendations that was a plus. The host provided 2 bottles of water as courtesy.

Laurel's home appears to have been recently updated, and was clean and everything worked well. We only used the house for sleeping in, but it had all the amenities you need for a convenient week long stay. Thank you Laurel for the hospitality, we plan to be back next year !

Great host. Would/will book this spot again. Loved the peaceful and private woods. Even saw a good deer or two.
