Clean home and great communication. We stayed for the week and would definitely stay again. Beautiful home.

It’s a great lake house! Cute and quirky. Lots of inside activities including ping pong, board games, cards, and puzzles. We hosted dinner and were well equipped with cookware, utensils, and serve ware. The dock was so peaceful and the swing was so comfortable. The Sun deck was great too. We loved the landscaping and privacy. We will definitely be booking again.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you’re in the area. My sisters and I came to town to see family and this place was wonderful. The scenery is beautiful just like it is in the pictures even more so in real life and Chris and Lucia were incredibly friendly and helpful and nice. We enjoyed it and we will be back.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing vacation, thanks to Lauren and Adam, for having this beautiful place for us to stay! Super accurate listing. All amenities that were mentioned, were exactly as described. Very good, clear and easy to follow house rules. We had everything we needed. Lauren and Adam were communicable when needed during our stay. We definitely plan to book with them again.

This home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—and more. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and organized, with every tool we could possibly need. It’s clear the hosts have thoughtfully prepared the space with their guests in mind. The house was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of seven. We especially loved relaxing on the screened porch with its peaceful lake view. Our kids really enjoyed the game room in the garage and the selection of board games. The guest bed was a bit firm, but adding a thick mattress topper made it comfortable. One thing to note: the listing photos and description showed a covered dock, but the original dock was damaged in a storm. The new dock is uncovered and in shallow water, which may not be ideal if you’re planning to bring a boat.

David’s place was peaceful and had everything we needed for a long stay. Lots of room and comforts. David was great to communicate with and we would def stay again! Highly recommended place.

Enjoyed a long weekend with the family at Cathy's lake home. The home was spotless with comfortable furnishings and a stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake every morning from the comfort of the swivel rocker recliners. Great place to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Greenwood is about a 30 minute drive and has some good restaurants to try out. A marina is close by as well if you want to rent a boat and explore Lake Greenwood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the lake.

It was a beautiful relaxing place. Audrey went above being an excellent host. She responded to any concerns immediately and made sure to provide helpful insights on things in the area. I felt like a family member not a guest. It was a wonderful experience and i look forward to going back.

James is an excellent host. Our expectations were exceeded from the moment we walked in. Anything that could be provided was ready and available. They were also very responsive to any questions we could have had. We were centrally located to where we needed to be. Which allowed us to take care of business when it was necessary and come back to a beautiful relaxing oasis. We can’t thank you enough and definitely plan on making more trips!
