Very nice apartment. Easy to find, clean and spacious. With everything you need for a good stay. Many places nearby such as supermarkets, Oxxo, cafes, and shopping center. Focusing on the apartment, it's very functional, the only thing to improve is the sofa, very hard, hahaha, otherwise everything is great. I'd come back. Very good service.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Alejandro and Juliana’s place was perfect for our trip in Medellin. The place was easy to access. Located in a great neighborhood, with access to short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Definitely worth it!

Laureles. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes , bars , souvenir shops , money exchange places, tours all in a four to five block radius. This place is a great find .

The place was perfect for us:) It was clean, we had a fridge and a little kitchen! The neighbourhood is beautiful as well. We would definitely come again! ;)

10/10 is an excellent area, I think everything is very close and the service was super good, they were always attentive, so if at any time I return to Medellin, I would definitely come back here, super recommended

We really liked the place, quite quiet, even though it is so close to 70th Avenue, which is known for its high nightlife, no noise was heard that interrupted the rest

Everything was excellent, Mrs. Gladys; she was a sweetheart. Incredible attention, empathy and willingness, this being the best of all. A wonderful and strategic location to get anywhere in the city, without any problems and at any time. Restaurants and shopping malls. We were simply delighted with the space. If we return to Medellín, we would choose this apartment again. Thanks for everything. 💜

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.
