Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and just the right size for our group of 9 on a quick weekend getaway. The space was well-equipped and comfortable overall. One thing to note is the steep slope going down to the property—it can be a bit tricky to drive, especially if you're not confident behind the wheel. During our stay (rainy season), some appliances got wet due to minor gaps in the cover, so a few small fixes there would help. Also, expect some bugs at night and in the morning, so bring insect repellent if you're sensitive. Lastly, the kitchen is in the basement, and taller guests might need to watch their heads—it’s a bit low. Overall, a great experience and would still recommend for a chill escape with friends or family.

This is my second visit here. The first time was with my family, and recently, I came with my team. Josh, as always, is an excellent host, and his staff are all nice and friendly, especially Kuya Roland. The place is beautiful! I would definitely come back. :)

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

We've stayed at May's place countless times because her Airbnb is truly the best in Crosswinds—it always makes our Tagaytay getaway extra special. One of the things we love most is its location: just a few steps away from Dear Joe and Windmill Lausanne. The vibe is so relaxed and cozy that this has become our go-to spot whenever we're in Tagaytay.

We had a memorable outing with friends at this lovely Airbnb! The place was beautifully designed with nice interiors and spacious rooms—perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. It came complete with amenities, including a great karaoke system that added so much fun to our overnight stay. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi, which we all absolutely loved! The pool was also clean and well-maintained, ideal for both day and night swims. A big thanks to Kat, the Airbnb host, as well as to Ate Jen, the caretaker, who were both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway or a barkada outing—we’d definitely love to come back!

We booked the place as our wedding prep house. On the day of our check in, the electricity went out due to a lightning strike. So the caretaker, whose phone batt died, had to run out and find a place to charge so that she could contact us. Honestly, we were really stressed out. But both the caretaker and the owner still responded kindly to us. We really appreciated their kindness and understanding!! Though nothing was their fault, they still made the effort to comfort us by allowing us to check out later and even gifted us a box of buko pie!! Legit 10/10 for this place! Really nice place, and really kind people 🙏

The location was perfect, just walking distance to Skyranch. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. We enjoyed the karaoke too! Highly recommended, will definitely book again!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

We enjoyed our stay here! Kudos to Ate Melody, too. Ang dali niya kausap, pati ng host. Siguro mag add lang ng slippers for indoor use, then perfect na. Overall, maganda and malinis yung place. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The place was quaint with a beautiful garden/backyard that we really enjoyed. It was fully stocked with all the essentials you could think of — from towels to kitchenware and more. There were TVs in both the bedrooms and the living room. I also appreciated how pet-friendly the place was — even pet bowls were provided! Just a heads-up for pet owners, especially those with small dogs: the lower part of the gate has openings that small pets might be able to squeeze through, and there are quite a few neighborhood dogs around, so do keep an eye on them. It was a bit hard for us to locate the bnb with the provided instructions but was able to confirm with the host with a little Google Maps street view. Nevertheless, the location was easily reachable by Grab and Foodpanda, so we were able to order all our meals in. Overall, a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

The host(Ms.Alma) was responsive and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The place is relaxing and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay.

Such a cozy place with the most amazing mountain view. The house had everything we needed, and every corner felt super comfy. Signal was a bit was a bit hard to get, but the Wi-Fi worked well. Just make sure to bring your own food or snacks since delivery apps don’t reach the area (there’s a small store nearby though). Overall, a really good stay. I’d come back!

We had a great time. It was a slight challenge to locate the place largely because of the road in, but I guess that's part of the charm of the place being in a quiet place. The house and facilities were good especially, the kitchen. The pool could do with some heating but we understand that it's not as a water heater of that size will not be environmentally sound. We noticed the rooftop solar water heater and figured that the slope of the solar panels might be wrong, thus you're not really getting any water heated at that angle. We wondered about the color of the aquarium fish. Ate Bing and Kuya Jun were very friendly and competent. Great place!

Every post I made in my social media all are interested about the place. All photos posted in Airbnb is what you see in real. Kitchen is fully stacked of the things you need for cooking. Pool is amazing.

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. They even provided water which was super convenient. It’s cozy, quiet, and peaceful, and also close to the center of Tagaytay so it was easy to get around. Perfect for a chill getaway. Would definitely book again!

I’ll rate my overall stay in Balkonahe ni Miranda as 4.7/5. The place creates a relaxing and soothing climate. The rooms are well cleaned, furnished and designed to destress you from the city hustle-bustle. The pool and its garden is perfect to support your splash cravings at night. lAside from the entire place, Ate Jane is very accommodating. She supported us with some of our needs and is flexible enough to make ammends for non digital transactions. Moreover, the star of the night is Miranda, the dog. This furryball welcomed us with a big smile and paws-itive vibes. Additional towels could have made this stay higher alongside with streetlights especially at night. Nonetheless, still recommendable - Migs Sakin okay lahat. Need lang improve yung maintenance ng floor of pool. Kasi madulas. - Des Accommodating si ate. - Ela Great place with awesome view.
