Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

Place is beautiful and all communication is clear. Proactively will help you on things before you even ask. Will come back again!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

This is my second visit here. The first time was with my family, and recently, I came with my team. Josh, as always, is an excellent host, and his staff are all nice and friendly, especially Kuya Roland. The place is beautiful! I would definitely come back. :)

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as advertised—clean, cozy, and just the right size for our group of 9 on a quick weekend getaway. The space was well-equipped and comfortable overall. One thing to note is the steep slope going down to the property—it can be a bit tricky to drive, especially if you're not confident behind the wheel. During our stay (rainy season), some appliances got wet due to minor gaps in the cover, so a few small fixes there would help. Also, expect some bugs at night and in the morning, so bring insect repellent if you're sensitive. Lastly, the kitchen is in the basement, and taller guests might need to watch their heads—it’s a bit low. Overall, a great experience and would still recommend for a chill escape with friends or family.

The place was clean and the rooms were big everything was perfect!

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

Joseph's Place in Tagaytay offers absolutely stunning views of Taal Volcano – truly breathtaking! The only minor issue was parking inside due to highway construction, but that's not the owner's fault. Despite the parking, the incredible views made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Neil’s place is nothing short of beautiful—every detail is as stunning as the pictures,. Though we only stayed overnight, we found ourselves wishing for more time to enjoy its charm and comfort. Neil is incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any inquiries, making our stay seamless. Our family had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to return! Really enjoyed our stay here! We checked in after a hike in Nasugbu and it was just what we needed. Super chill, comfy, and felt like home. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the little touches and all the cute houseplants. The patio was our fave spot—perfect for catching the breeze at night. Mark and Christina were responsive too. We did a last minute drive to Tagaytay and Hazell quickly responded to our request, accommodated and welcomed us greatly! The stay was very warm and cozy and the view of taal is right there. Thanks for the wonderful stay! Will definitely come back!

We had a memorable outing with friends at this lovely Airbnb! The place was beautifully designed with nice interiors and spacious rooms—perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. It came complete with amenities, including a great karaoke system that added so much fun to our overnight stay. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi, which we all absolutely loved! The pool was also clean and well-maintained, ideal for both day and night swims. A big thanks to Kat, the Airbnb host, as well as to Ate Jen, the caretaker, who were both very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway or a barkada outing—we’d definitely love to come back!

The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Every post I made in my social media all are interested about the place. All photos posted in Airbnb is what you see in real. Kitchen is fully stacked of the things you need for cooking. Pool is amazing.

We rented Sir Nelson's place because of its proximity to Lazuri, where we attended a wedding. From the start, he was very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing all our concerns. The place itself felt very homey and complete with cooking utensils. While the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, we were informed about it beforehand, so it didn’t affect our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place! My family truly enjoyed our stay!

I’ll rate my overall stay in Balkonahe ni Miranda as 4.7/5. The place creates a relaxing and soothing climate. The rooms are well cleaned, furnished and designed to destress you from the city hustle-bustle. The pool and its garden is perfect to support your splash cravings at night. lAside from the entire place, Ate Jane is very accommodating. She supported us with some of our needs and is flexible enough to make ammends for non digital transactions. Moreover, the star of the night is Miranda, the dog. This furryball welcomed us with a big smile and paws-itive vibes. Additional towels could have made this stay higher alongside with streetlights especially at night. Nonetheless, still recommendable - Migs Sakin okay lahat. Need lang improve yung maintenance ng floor of pool. Kasi madulas. - Des Accommodating si ate. - Ela Great place with awesome view. Great price, plenty rooms, and spacious living room. Just what we are looking for especially since we have PWD, the wide stairs with hand rail made it easy for us to bring him up the stairs. The kids also had fun in the entertainment room. Overall, satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
