Monthly Rentals in Launceston

I was staying in Launceston for work and this place was perfect for me. Has everything you need to self cater, do laundry etc. I loved the location right next to the gorge for daily bush walks, very quiet and secluded but it was still very easy to get into town. I stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues the whole time but Alex messaged me right away after I arrived to check everything was ok and I’m sure would have been very responsive if I’d needed anything. The little gifts left out were a lovely touch. I loved the polished concrete floors but one tiny nit pick would be it would be nice to have some cozy rugs, especially in the bedroom. Other than that perfect!

Studio 3 is a beautiful apartment, very private, cosy and comfortable. The location is quiet and private, surrounded by leafy streets and lovely views of Launceston. I enjoyed the short walk to the CBD and found it a great base to explore the city and region. Jacqui was a fabulous host, great communication, local knowledge and very thoughtful touches including fresh milk, butter, bread, fresh coffee and Easter eggs were greatly appreciated on a long weekend when shops were closed. I absolutely loved my stay, it felt like home and I enjoyed the slow mornings and cosy evenings in the apartment and outdoor patio. The kitchenette was well equipped and the washer/dryer was fantastic. Highly recommend to solo travellers and couples.

10/10 Very clean modern apartment that's in a great location. Set up very well with comfortable furniture. This apartment has easy walking distance access to many shops and restaurants. 100% would stay here again.

The accommodations were truly superb and made for a comfortable stay. The convenient location allowed easy access to many exciting destinations. It was the perfect setting for a memorable trip. Everything was ideal for creating lasting memories with loved ones. We appreciate the excellent accommodations provided.
