The annex apartment is located directly in our single-family house and has its own entrance, which leads through our basement room. The apartment is bright and very charming thanks to the oiled wood floor. If you are as happy to see a view of the garden, the cat's creeping around and the cackling of 3 chickens as much as we are, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine vor kurzem renovierte, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete, ruhig gelegene 2 ½ Zimmer Nichtraucherwohnung mit 44 qm und einem großem, sonnigen Balkon im 1.Stock. Sie ist für 1 bis maximal 3 Personen ausgelegt und eignet sich z.B. für: Feriengäste, Geschäftsreisende, Dienstreisende, Durchreisende und Pendler. Eine Stromsäule für E–Fahrzeuge und eine Bushaltestelle sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

Welcome to our cozy apartment! We have lovingly renovated it and made it a perfect place for a little break. We live here very quietly on the edge of a small village. So if you're looking for supermarkets, bars, etc., you're unfortunately not in the right place. But you get peace and quiet here.
