The apartment has a separate bedroom with wardrobe. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch for another child. For bicycles, our bicycle shed is available free of charge. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
