Great quiet place in safe neighborhood. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Place was clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to Miami and other places to explore. Highly recommend!

An updated single room studio that does not feel cramped. The updated mini split air condition unit made for a quiet night's sleep. The kitchenette is full of amenities. Bathroom came stocked with extra items like a full bar of soap, extra toiletries in case your forgot yours and cleaning supplies. This is an ideal accommodation for someone traveling solo in a walkable neighborhood - 3 blocks from the beach, 1/2 block to a major grocery store and about a 1/2 mile to the main entertainment/restaurant district on Commercial Blvd. I enjoyed my stay.

Claudia is a wonderful host. Friendly and responsive. Everything is walkable: beach, stores (including Publix and CVS), bars, restaurants. Wonderful town. Unit itself was very comfortable and spacious. They had just about everything we needed. Lots of towels and linens; beach chairs, umbrella; plenty of closet space; desk; comfy king bed; coin laundry. Wonderful stay.

This place was fantastic. Staff was friendly and always responsive. Place was beautiful inside and out. Very nice and had large space for kitchen and enjoyment. The pool was clean, quaint, and peaceful. It was wonderful to walk to beach, grocery, restaurants and shops. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. It really did make my stay and i cannot say enough how peaceful and wonderful it was. Great place, great price. So happy i stayed.
