Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lastarria, Santiago

My stay was great. The place is very cozy and I loved the design of the studio apartment: everything is very well planned, with a lot of attention to detail. I am deeply grateful that they left coffee, stevia, oil, tea and other items that really made my stay easier. A gesture that I found very special was that they even left water to water the plants, which I did with pleasure. As for minor details, the alarm occasionally went off and the washing machine had some issues, but nothing to tarnish the experience. Everything else was perfect. I am very grateful to the hosts, who were a fundamental part of making my trip exceptional and unforgettable. In addition, the location of the place is excellent. I would definitely be back!

the place is exactly how it was described in the advertising. The owner answers very quickly. The apartment was clean and all the basic necessary things were there, more than we thought about - like drinkable water, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, cooking oil, sugar, instant coffee, tea. The surrounding area is nice. Located at a distance of less than 10 minutes walking from the metro. A lot of small markets nearby. Silent to sleep. We felt like at home.

We had a great time staying in Vitacura. The Penthouse was lovely and spacious. They left a nice bottle of wine for us upon arrival. The patio was FANTASTIC with views of the entire city practically. We loved the openness of the space. The beds and the bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. The master bathroom shower was really wonderful. Great hot water!! The second bathroom had some issues with the shower control and sink faucet, but we just didn't use them. The kitchen was very clean and had most of what we needed to cook and eat in. Only negative would be the condition of the main sofa in the living space. The main seating and pillows are a bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The neighborhood was lovely. It was very safe with quiet streets, close to excellent restaurants and a grocery. The only negative would be that it's a bit of a walk to the metro, however Uber was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a comfy and clean home. Kelly responses always very quick and responsible. The place is convenient, there is store, restaurant and supermarket just under the building, it is walkabout to reach everything you need.

This is a great area. There are lots of restaurants including purely vegan spots so you know it’s hip and modern. Have you ever been to a vegan butcher? If not, check out Machete which is a ten minute walk and totally worth it. I have stayed in this building many times. Things I love: pool, gym, grocery store, and metro. Ideal for Start-Up Chile participants because it is near the cowork (1 block). This unit seems like it’s shady possibly all year, if that’s of interest to you. And last but not least, the units that Patricia manages are the best in the building because she takes great care of them.

Amazing location and place, for all types of travelers, tourists or citizens who like a comfortable place with a pleasant atmosphere/decoration, well positioned for shopping and dining areas nearby. Eduardo is an excellent host, always concerned with every detail, with instructing you correctly; totally concerned with your comfort, highly recommended 😊

The overall stay was excellent. Quiet Check in and checkout. The apartment in excellent condition. I highly recommend it. Location also very good, very close to several tourist spots in Santiago.

The apartment was well located, and had everything we needed for our stay! The building has great amenities and in a great location! Jessica went above and beyond as a host and we definitely recommend this apt and Jessica as a host at any of her properties!

clean environment, with everything you need, the location is good, close to a station, you can go out at night with peace of mind and there are markets and things to eat nearby, if I come back on a future occasion, I would stay there again. Not to mention the beautiful view, I recommend it

The house is very cozy and very similar to the photos. The accommodation was nice and the location is great, close to a lot of shops. We liked it a lot!

The location is great, the room has enough space, Wi-Fi and TV work well. Everything was wonderful, just pay attention to the mattress. For couples weighing over 70 kg each and with back problems, the mattress “sinks”, which can become a problem for longer stays. Eduardo is organized, clean and very helpful. I recommend it to everyone! Oh, enjoy the shopping mall in front: good pizza; Dulce Pimenta, a 2nd floor restaurant, great, good dishes and fair price. Japanese on the 3rd floor, I recommend it.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

The apartment meets expectations, has a good organization in terms of services and amenities. In addition, the place is very accessible and walkable in proximity to get around.

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Mall Arauco Maipu, very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Gonzalo was a super friendly and attentive person. It was a very good stay, the space was extremely comfortable, allowing the freedom to use the common areas and with an independent entrance-exit. I recommend it!

Very cozy accommodation, Jenny is very attentive and hospitable. Good communication, as soon as I confirmed the accommodation I was able to get to the house, the room is not very independent, but the beauty of the place, the good service and the value, more than meet expectations. Highly recommended.
