Paz is an excellent host. He left very clear check-in instructions and responds promptly and kindly. There was a small problem with the lock (which was not her fault, since it was new and came with a defect) and she immediately sent two people to fix it, very diligent and concerned about the comfort of her guests, even when we checked in she kept in touch and explained what happened. Very comfortable apartment, well-equipped and central. Totally recommended.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Rodrigo was extremely helpful throughout both the check-in and check-out process. He was friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The apartment was cozy and matched the photos. It was well-equipped with plenty of amenities, such as a washing machine, drying rack, and hair dryer, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay here again!

The experience at the accommodation was spectacular. Karen very kindly responded to my needs both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping malls, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked the most was the outdoor area and I love that part of Santiago and it leaves me calm, because I'm going to work. It's a premium location.

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

This is probably my 4th visit to Claudio's place. It's a gem in my book. I feel like I'm at home there. The building is friendly. The place is always immaculate. The bed is comfy, the tv's are great and the view is spectacular. I enjoy having a glass of wine on the balcony with a great view of the city. Lot's of great restaurants and an easy walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend this apartment! Thanks Claudio for another wonderful stay!

Second time staying in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. There is a Carabineros station nearby that adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.
