This unique place has a style all its own. Tasteful decor, recently renovated, spaciously laid out, and very accessible to all parts of the city. Queen bed in master suite and a full size in 2nd bedroom and a futon in the third. Double driveway parking for guests up front. Yes, there's even a double 🍻 tap built into the island, that can be accessed for guests, at an extra cost, if desired. note: i use the private basement suite from time to time when I'm in town. NO PARTIES, PLEASE :)

Mom with 2 teenage sons live upstairs w/sm dog. Has sound proofing in rafters but u can still hear noise/walking upstairs.

Beautiful Home! Very clean. Parking pad easily fits a work truck. Backyard with lots of space for a dog. Deck has sun all day! Recommend to anyone interested. Will definitely be looking to rebook!

Lavonne's place was fantastic for an intimate girls weekend! The whole building and property was well maintained, clean and cozy. We were stuck inside with the wind, smoke and rain, but nobody complained. We didn't get to enjoy much of the large yard, deck space or enclosed firepit area. All the beds were comfortable with spacious rooms. The multiple bathrooms were very handy. Her kitchen is well stocked with all the dishware you'd need and more. And the view was the icing on the cake!

I have stayed here a couple of times and the place is always very clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Will definitely stay again and recommend other people stay here.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities — including the kitchen and Wi-Fi — worked perfectly. The location was great too, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in a breeze. I truly felt at home during my stay. My family had a great stay at this chic, new Airbnb in Southey. We were able to take our dog along which meant a great deal to us. The beds were super comfy and the duvets were divine. There is a cute restaurant about 100ft from your door that has great coffee and breakfast. The place was newly decorated and had awesome a/c. I would recommend this place 👍🏼
