Fabulous place, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with really great shower. Bed was really comfy too! Perfect location, a short walk down to the sea and main town. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I spent five nights here for my 22nd birthday and it did not disappoint. The photos on here do not do the place justice and the local area is just the right amount of quiet busy also with an abundance of restaurants and bars. We didn’t get a hire car as we managed with the local buses as they are so much cheaper and we were able to get to beaches such as Saridari and Paralia Psaromoura, which we would recommend. We also would highly recommend a boat tour to Dia island if you are able too. Restaurant wise in Gournes we cannot recommend Nami Restaurant enough and it is a must! The beach opposite is a lovely shallow beach but we aware it can be quite windy hence why we explored other beaches - would advise if u go to these beaches you leave early (especially if u want a sun lounger)! The Location was perfect with beautiful views , nature, close to restaurants and very quit . The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Eliza was responsive, flexible, friendly and very welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for 3 nights in Agios and the small appartment was just what we needed, a place to sleep and have breakfast.

Very nice place, good location, quiet, beautiful view, very nice cleaning lady. small downside: 1 hour late for the reception of the accommodation and many mosquitoes in the apartment

Well equipped (everything worked), clean and cozy place in a good location. It allowed us to fulfill all our holiday plans. A special pleasure was the lack of insects inside, thanks to the working mosquito nets. Although the Host indicated the lack of TV services, the presence of a TV was visible in the photos. Unfortunately, there is no TV, so you can't connect your laptop. Future guests would benefit from a bit of knowledge of Italian. :)

Very beautiful, large traditional Greek house. And an extraordinary garden with breathtaking views. With small hammock rest areas, sun loungers. Beautiful outdoor dining area. And a very warm and attentive family welcome.

Everything has already been said, it's just amazing. Popi lives Greek hospitality. There were drinks and vegetables in the fridge. You could help yourself in their beautiful garden. The highlight was the great food. We had fresh fish and many different vegetarian things. Simply delicious. Unfortunately, it was only 4 days but they were great. We would come back anytime. A truly fantastic place to stay. Exceptionally well stocked apartment with absolutely everything you would need for a long or short stay. Close to lots of restaurants, but well stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook. Beautiful terrace for dining, both undercover and outside. Host Viky is charming and friendly and could not be more helpful. We hope to return another time.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of the accommodation is simply fantastic – with a beautiful sea view. Everything was super clean and well maintained, the terrace a real highlight for relaxing. The host was very friendly, always helpful and had great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Kostas and Maria's Gonies Taverna and Appartments are amongst the best and most special places we have ever stayed, both in Crete and elsewhere in Europe. The situation in the mountains, just below the Lasithi Plateau is idyllic, very quiet with just the sound of mountain goats but also on a good road and in a beautiful garden full of bird sound. Kostas and Maria were wonderful generous hosts, the spacious appartment full of personal touches and breakfast (and supper) in their taverna delicious. We stayed 3 nights and would love to come back

We loved the central location of this Airbnb and the sea view. The front porch was delightful! Agios Nikolaos was a great place to relax in for a few days after a whirlwind cruise through 9 other islands. We were able to settle in and explore the town. It’s not as touristy as many other islands we saw, and we liked that! Felt like locals by the time we left. Just what we were looking for. We had a small rental car, stick shift, and found the hilly street parking slightly challenging, but we figured it out. Took a lovely drive to a Elounda, stunning views. Owner was very responsive to our occasional questions.

Great apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped . 2 minutes walk to Plaka centre and ferry to Spinalonga. Konstantinos was great with booking details. Didn't get the chance to meet him, but met his parents , who were very friendly and helpful.

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

We had an amazing time at Katerina's place. Katerina was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, always eager to help and share some recommendations. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and pleasant to relax at. Katerina's place is only a few minutes away from nice beaches and a town called Agios Nikolaos where you can find a lot of good restaurants and shops. The area is very calm, but would definitely recommend having a car - there are not a lot of places in a walkable distance. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back one day.

It's a very well-located place. Two blocks away, a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. Coffee, iced coffee, matcha, cappuccino, everything is excellent! Close to a grocery store. Great location and very clean accommodation. Host is super responsive to requests. We enjoyed our stay. New accommodation!
