We offer an apartment with excellent connections to the center of Madrid, just a 5-minute walk from El Carmen metro station. It’s comfortable, functional, and fully equipped. We take care of every detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Reservations for tourism purposes are not allowed. The stay must be for work, academic, medical, family care, or other non-touristic reasons. Before arrival, it will be necessary to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the stay.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 beds of 90 . The location is perfect for sightseeing. Located near the metro and with bus stops to Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Gran Vía, Retiro, MovistarArena, IFEMA, etc. By car you are 12 minutes from the airport. You have everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There is a crib and baby bath, paying 12 euros per night. The bathroom has a spacious shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.
