Spacious and comfortable house, great location

This home is a great find if you need plenty of space, all the basics for living, and ideal location. It is walking distance to many of Mendoza's popular areas- Plaza Independencia, Arístides, Parque San Martin, but the area of town is relatively calm and quiet. There are several small mini markets within a block, a pharmacy and several restaurants that line Av Juan B Justo, as well as several bus stops within a couple of blocks. There are a couple of language schools within a few blocks too. Fede is an extremely responsive host and made our stay with our family as comfortable as possible. The lovely home is clearly not new, but very comfortable, well appointed, and good value. AC in each room was a lifesaver on hot days. And we were very glad for the convenience of a washing machine during our longer stay. We would definitely recommend this home! Our one gripe is not specific to this house but Argentinian homes in general- the keys can be difficult to use, and take practice.

The place exceeded all expectations. The house is super well-equipped. The setting is beautiful. Alejandro and Elena always responded quickly and in the best way to my messages, and were flexible about my requests. The internet works perfectly, I was able to take all my work meetings with a camera and everything. Highly recommended, I'll be back!

The room has the basics including a two-disc template, a mini fridge, a washing machine, and a breakfast bar; the bathroom is small, it reminded me of a room I stayed in in Paris, however it has hot water. The room is in a private and safe residential area. The area is quiet, 100 meters from the residential area there are bakeries, supermarkets, and a couple of restaurants. And 200 meters away there's a 24-hour convenience store. There are many wineries nearby and it makes it easy to get around by bike, vehicle or public transportation. Check-in was easy, Mr. Beto waited for us at midnight, and was super attentive. Beto's service deserves all the awards, he made us feel like we were visiting an old friend. Both he and his family were splendid.

The modern structure features a combination of concrete and glass, set against a backdrop of lush greenery. Large windows allow for ample natural light, while well-maintained shrubs and grass create a serene outdoor space.

The accommodation is just as in the photos, super nice and well heated in all its rooms, the house has a radiant slab which makes the stay even warmer. It has large windows that provide lots of natural light and openness for those who want to have the house open or integrated with the park. Logically, the room has blackout curtains. It also has a wood-burning fireplace that is a pleasure to enjoy, either in silence or to watch a movie. We feel a lot of peace and tranquility. For those who like it, there are apps on the TV, WiFi, and a sound bar with Bluetooth. Chiara was always very attentive and kind to any questions, she made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood. We spent ten days in this very lovely place. It had absolutely everything we needed, very well equipped. It is tastefully decorated and so comfortable! There’s a brand new cute mall that’s just a 15 minute walk away. There we could find essentials and much more. The area is a beautiful green oasis with many great wineries. Our host was extremely responsive and flexible. One of our favorite stays in Mendoza!

Everything was really beautiful during our stay. The place met (or exceeded) our expectations - it was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. In addition, Estefanía, the host, was always attentive to us, which made us feel very well cared for. Your kindness and willingness to answer our questions made a big difference. I definitely recommend this place and would choose it again for future visits.

We were delighted with the experience. One of the highlights is that we were able to stay with our pet. Julia's communication was wonderful before, during, and after. The apartment is very spacious, and comfortable; the neighborhood is quiet and has nearby places to explore (it is very well located). Anyway, it's an ideal place to relax, we felt very happy during our stay, we would definitely come back.

Super recommended... Fernanda... very kind, the house is very nice... comfortable... she communicated quickly and the truth is that the flexibility for check-out helped us a lot. I highly recommend the place. Close to everything. Super safe. The apartment is beautiful and overlooks the mountains. The beds are a sight to behold, comfortable, spacious, all of high quality, with plenty of pillows. We had a great time. Great apartment on 2 floors with terrace, great location. The only slight point to mention was that an odor came from the kitchen sink. We poured hot water in the drain and the smell almost disappeared! Leandro was quick to respond to our messages. Recommended!

Enrique and Andrea are the perfect hosts. An impeccable apartment, with everything you need and more at your disposal. Everything is well explained and always waiting for everything to go well. We regret not staying longer. I would always stay with them again if I go back to Mendoza.

great location for Aristides and travel agencies. It has a carrefour and there was a wester union to do currency that helped a lot in the trip, mainly because it worked until 9pm on Saturday. Emiliano has always been requested. Your mother received us and gave all the instructions about the apartment. Towels and clean bed linen in great condition served us well.

Excellent place! We will definitely be back. Martin was super attentive and helpful, he gave us several recommendations for places and restaurants. The apartment is really nice and very clean, there is everything you could possibly need, very complete.
