Rural boutique house designed in stones selected directly from the mountain, glass, cement and iron with spectacular views of the Andes Mountain Range, large olive garden, and surrounded by the most renowned wineries in Mendoza. Equipped with a large kitchen, a bedroom with a terrace, and two large bathrooms. It is located in a very safe place with 24-hour private surveillance, a 5-minute drive from the town of Chacras de Coria. An ideal place to disconnect from everything.

Chacras de Coria is a town surrounded by vineyards and wineries, with its small restaurants and treasure shops. We have a beautiful view of Lake Potrerillos and the Cordon Del Plata that you can enjoy in its different expressions depending on the time of year you travel. CASA 3 Soles

Quiet accommodation, located in an area with easy access and within walking distance of cafes, grocery stores and renowned restaurants in the area. Just 300 meters away is the main street of Potrerillos, making it quick and easy to walk around the area. Potrerillos is known for being an area to rest and enjoy the outdoors, horseback riding, trekking, and water activities on the dam. Come to our house to rest and enjoy the beautiful natural mountain environment.

Entire house, private subdivision

We built this house for the family but as we are using it little I decided to share it... if you come, take care of it as if it were your own. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, a comfortable living room with a 42" LCD TV, DirecTV, armchairs, a fireplace, a wood-burning stove, and everything you need to have a great time. The house is heated with firewood and electricity, all bedrooms with electric stoves as well as living room.

La Tiny Studio

Enjoy the warmth and charm of this cozy, fully-equipped studio, located among vineyards in the heart of Chacras de Coria. This traditional neighborhood, just 15 minutes from the city, is distinguished by its landscapes, its main square with its old church and its surroundings full of cafes, businesses and top-notch gastronomy.
