Sonia is an excellent host, she was attentive to any questions I had, the house was very spacious and in perfect condition. He is a very attentive person, he even recommended places to eat, he waited for us to arrive to greet us and he was also attentive to our departure. I would definitely stay at his place again, both my group and I were very pleased with the excellent experience.

The place matches the description- extraordinarily comfortable clean and with the presence of Chelita and Leo our stay was wonderful. The subdivision is nice and quiet, however the house is a bit neglected, both in furniture and utensils. The blinds are full of mold, there were cobwebs in the bathrooms, the fence was dirty, one of the showers has no water pressure, in addition to having an ant infestation, especially in the kitchen. There were 6 of us and the beds are 3 double beds, so no problems, however it is not recommended if more people go, since despite having inflatable mattresses and the sofa bed, with the ant infestation it would not be very comfortable. In addition, there was a water leak in the kitchen sink, which we were told had already been reported to them and they did not fix it. They should update the photos of the facilities.

The place is amazing, it exceeds all expectations! Gerardo was always available and attentive to respond. My friends and I were fascinated by the house, we would definitely go again.

It's a warm place to be with friends and family. The place feels very homey, a quiet area and is 5 minutes from the beach. Clean pool, good for swimming, suitable for children as it has a shallow side, clean rooms, with functional air conditioning. In the kitchen you have dishes, such as plates, pans, cutlery, it is a great option to prepare food inside the house. The host is friendly, attentive and understanding with the check-in and check-out times.

Very nice place, the building is still affected by the hurricane, but the location is excellent. Just please, it's urgent to change the mattress, it's in terrible condition and doesn't allow you to rest well.

This was the best Experience I've had after visiting Acapulco many times. I've steered away from Airbnb my past few trips, but this was such a pleasant stay, I may not go back to hotels anytime soon! Everything was perfect. Thanks for having us!!!

Excellent apartment, it meets all the expectations that the description of the place generates. The best views from the pool, a very good spot if you like photography or just enjoy an incredible sunset. I will definitely be back later.

Porfirio was a helpful person at all times, always attentive and with an excellent attitude. The service, both on his part and in general, was very good. The facilities and apartment are in perfect condition: everything is very clean, tidy and amazing. However, I would like to point out an uncomfortable situation that I experienced on Thursday the 12th in the main food palapa. A waiter — tall, with curly hair and a robust complexion (in fact, the only one with those characteristics) — had a rude attitude. I asked for help to put up a parasol, explaining that I was with my dad in a wheelchair, and his response was negative and very unempathetic. He even whipped the umbrella tube, justifying that it could not be used due to the weather conditions, although there were clearly other tables with umbrellas in use. I think it's important for staff to be trained to treat people with respect and sensitivity, especially when there's someone with a disability. Thank you for everything.

I want to thank Jorge for his hospitality and high level of professionalism. I always resolved any situation quickly, which made my stay very comfortable. The apartment is very cosy and has an excellent location - nearby there are supermarkets, Oxxo cafe and the beach is just a minute walk away. The pool is clean and nice. Everything is designed to enjoy and rest. I am very satisfied with my stay!

Access is easy, the pool and all the spaces in the apartment are spacious and clean, in the surroundings you will find everything you need to have a more pleasant environment.
