Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

You will feel out of the city while being only fifteen minutes from downtown and the beach. It has a nice southeast orientation that allows you to see the sunrise and sunsets. All spaces are very open and bright. Accessed by stairs that border the central patio, no elevator, third floor. Residential neighborhood and very quiet community of six neighbors.

It has a bedroom with a closet and a double bed. A large kitchen/dining room with a refrigerator, chest freezer, ceramic hob, and a large marble table. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people and a piece of furniture with a Smart TV. The terrace has an outdoor gas stove and a small table for sharing very special moments. The terrace leads to a small room with a pool and washing machine. Casita Lily has its own playground.

Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome.
