Congratulations Ana, for the excellent idea of restoring by combining the architectural elements and original materials of this wonderful apartment that is possibly almost 100 years old, with the comforts of a modern apartment. I loved the original terracotta or cement tile floors, and the cast iron radiators with legs, the super high ceilings that give a special brightness to all the rooms, the doors that I suppose are the original ones, etc. All this combined with a modern and perfectly equipped kitchen. The decoration ideas using the original frames and windows, the decoration of the classic furniture painted with great taste and care. The restoration of the sofas, in my humble opinion, was a great success. I wish you every success as I am sure your apartment is an excellent choice for those of us who like to enjoy comfortable, spacious accommodation close to everything.

Lorena's attention was not good, it was simply unbeatable. The apartment's location was not central, it was just perfect. The cleanliness, the reception, the area, the VIEWS (in capital letters), the kitchen equipment, etc… Our experience couldn't have been better, and all thanks to Lorena. Once again, we're grateful to you all. Super recommended apartment, in the very heart, with the best views and the best attention. If we go back, we will definitely repeat there.

The accommodation is perfect, well located, with a great free parking 1 minute away and easy to access. Communication with the owner has been perfect, always attentive and offering many local recommendations. The penthouse is even better than the pictures, and has everything you need and very clean. It was a pleasure the stay we had. Highly recommended.

Pretty complete duplex with things like board games, lots of tourist information from the surrounding area, and several extra little things to thank. Adrian was a very attentive host, he left us some things upon entering that were useful to us (it was festive and everything was closed), plus things for our dog (bed, dishes, toys, chuches) that surprised us pleasantly. The city has several places to eat, and it is nice to walk along the promenade of the Malecón where there are several terraces. Note that near the apartment there is a dog park, highly recommended if you travel with them. Recommended apartment to spend a few days and visit nearby places.

OMG!!! What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Clean, convenient, all the necessities of a very very comfortable stay. Has two bathtubs, three or four bedrooms, a washer and a balcony. Absolutely stunning place with hardwood floors. You will not regret staying at this beautiful location and place!

Iker was a great host and the place was immaculate and well located to kick off the Camino. Everything was as described and the apartment was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
