Israel is an excellent host, always attentive to support and respond immediately. The condominium where the house is located is very nice, clean, has 24 hour security, the pool is amazing. The house is very spacious, comfortable, everything is very clean, it has 3 spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and 2 full bathrooms, what gives the plus to any place is that it has a bedroom on the ground floor for the comfort of people who cannot climb stairs. The living room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with air conditioning that works and allows you to spend pleasant moments with the family. Very clear rules and directions, which makes the stay easier. It has grocery stores, self-service stores, shopping malls and above all beautiful beaches very close to the place. The accommodation is a great cost-benefit offer. I loved the place, ideal for families and highly recommended, I would definitely return again.

our family had a great time staying here for 2 weeks! jillian was super attentive to messages + was very helpful if we needed anything. a quick drive from the beach which we went to almost every day with our kids. we felt very safe in the neighborhood and having the little store down the road was so helpful when we didn’t want to adventure to a big box store for items. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon!

We planned to stay a little over a week, but due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to extend our stay. Luckily the place was available and didn’t have to move. Our host was very accommodating and attentive. The place was just as described, in a great location close to stores and restaurants. It was clean and well maintained. We were able to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is great and the host is very friendly, everything was a 10. What I do want to make clear is that if you're traveling for work, Airbnb is not the option, since they don't issue the corresponding invoice. They never explained it to me and I was never able to upload my tax receipt for taxes. The host invoiced his part, but the app is a fiasco. I won't look for a place to stay with Airbnb again, since I ended up paying 4,000 pesos for not extending the invoice. You call, and the people who assist you don't know anything at all.

We had an amazing time. The place was super clean, cozy, and felt really safe. Everything looked just like the photos, maybe even better in person. The hosts were kind and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and gave us great local tips. The neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing, but still close to everything we needed. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill and comfortable spot to enjoy your trip and be able to walk to the beach. The rental car was a plus; we used it for a couple of days to visit other areas.

I want to take the time to share our wonderful time at this beautiful home first of all it was exactly as described in the pictures this house makes you feel like home but with a perfect size pool and very private if you don’t mind walking less than a mile you will find many varieties of foods and 2 small plazas with everything you could need pharmacy all the way to boutiques and nail shop will definitely come back next time we are in town also the host was very attentive all of our stay thank you again for everything

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

Super good choice. The building is very nice and the directions to get there were very clear!! We had no problem with anything. The apartment is very complete and the hosts were always attentive. Great stay and cozy place

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) it is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

Suite Umi was a great choice. Very well located, close to the beach and with easy access to restaurants and the esplanade. The suite is comfortable, clean and modern, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive. Recommended if you're looking for a quiet and conveniently located Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommended!

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

The accommodation is highly recommended, the only thing I did not like very much was how strict the place was with several things, you could not have your drink near the pools, otherwise an excellent host
