It is a beautiful place by the sea. The apartment is ''next to the Ocean,'' and it is also in the middle of downtown, surrounded by small boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes. One can hear the soothing sound of the sea waves, and watch the sandy beach and the beautiful sunrise. This is where one can soothe one's soul, relax, fish, or enjoy a long walk on the beach. The beach is very scenic, a nice swimming spot. The apartment is an older one with all the charm of historical Argentina. The host is very responsive and attentive to our needs, and we appreciate the warm welcome. The apartment is excellent value. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you, Edith, for sharing this lovely with us.

Cintia is super friendly, a great host. Very attentive!!! We resomendo lugares and I give us help with the problem we had with our vehicle. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days in place. She is flexible about check-in and check-out making your stay easy.

Family home a few blocks from the beach. Very close to colored stones. Large patio and chulengo for barbecues. It has everything you need for a peaceful stay. The hosts, friendly and very attentive to everything.

The truth is 10/10 the place. It has everything useful to stay for a few days and also cook but want to eat outside. Comfortable and a few minutes from the beach🏝️.

The house is very nice and cozy, it has many amenities for a family. The area is super quiet and very close to the sea and beautiful beaches, although the view from the terrace is the best! By day you can see the sea and at night an incredible amount of stars. Two things to note that are not very clear in the post: the electrical power has some faults, sometimes when plugging in a cell phone charger the light will be cut off throughout the house; and the other is that the path from Las Grutas to the house is not in the best condition and you should be careful, especially if it rains.
