House located in a quiet neighborhood. It had a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is very comfortable for cooking. We stayed during a cool time, the heating worked very well. Ideal for families.

Very nice natural environment, although the pool area is shared , the grill and exterior space is very well armed. About 500 meters from the dreamy beach, easy access . I recommend it! The cottage is excellent. Everything is super clean and neat. We were able to change the check-in and check-out without any problem. Also very close to the beach and several food outlets and so on. I recommend.

Marce's house is a dream. From the house's architecture to the beauty of the beach where it is, every detail is unique. The house is very nice and has wonderful comfort, as seen in the photos. Everything works very well and each room has its window overlooking the beach. In addition, there are plenty of beach games, board games and books to make the stay even better. The environment surrounding the house is a dream. Getting up and seeing the beach, the calm of the sound of the sea, the sunrises and the number of stars that can be seen at night is incredible In addition, there is a beautiful orange cat that lives around the houses there. We named him Niquito. He is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. All this makes Marce's place unique and wonderful. Don't hesitate to go because you're going to have a great time and you're going to relax a lot. We will definitely be back and enjoy everything I wrote about again.

The house is very comfortable, has a nice patio and is less than a block from the beach in the Terrazas del Mar neighborhood. Ana was always attentive to inquiries and gave us important info to make the stay more enjoyable.

Francisco and Carmen were very friendly and attentive before, during and after the stay. The house is more spacious and bright than what you see in the photos. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay. While it is located away from the city center, and some distance from the beach, this offers plenty of tranquility which is ideal for children to play outside and one can relax away from the noise. I recommend it 100%.

The house on the beautiful beach, with an incredible view to go and relax and both Maru and the girl who welcomed us super attentive. The only thing to observe is the descent to the beach that was difficult with the staircase that the house has, the neighbors let us use theirs that was much more stable, but beyond that I would totally repeat the stay, the house has all the comforts and is as in the photos and description. We spent 15 days with unforgettable friends, the house is exceptional, absolutely nothing is missing. Always clean, well equipped, very modern, neat, with working air conditioning in all its rooms and in the living room. It is so equipped that there is no need to bring anything, just the desire to have a great stay. We want to highlight the attention of Mercedes, who received us and helped us with the cleanliness of the house keeping it always shiny, and Karina, both always ready to answer any questions that arise. We would return without thinking and if possible today, we already missed it 😄

The accommodation is excellent, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking, perfectly integrated into the Patagonian environment. The patio is very nice, with different corners where you can sit and relax. Although the house is small, it is very well used and decorated with great taste. The kitchen is complete and functional. We recommend having a car to move. This is an ideal place for those looking for peace, privacy and a unique connection to the Patagonian environment. The view is simply spectacular. Highly recommended!
