House vacation rentals in Las Cabezas de San Juan

We had a lovely week staying at this Villa which is in a lovely rural setting and is very tranquil. The Villa is a 20 minute walk into Arriate and a 10-15 minute drive into Ronda. The gardens are beautifully maintained, with lots of areas to relax in. The house is kept nice and warm in the winter and I’m sure is very cool in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home with charming Spanish decor. The house has four comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our group. The host was very flexible and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The location is great—close to major attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our time here! Just a note for future guests: the road leading up to the property is quite steep and narrow. If you’re driving, please be extra cautious. As we were exiting, we accidentally hit a stone curb and one of our tires blew out. This was entirely our own mishap and not the host’s fault—but it’s something to be mindful of.

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

We had a fabulous stay with my family, including two kids aged 1 and 3, in this spacious villa. The villa boasts four bedrooms, each equipped with its own shower and space to store your clothes. The garden and surroundings are breathtaking, offering a peaceful vacation where your kids can run around freely. It's only 5-10 minutes away by car from the city center of Ronda and grocery shops, making it a perfect location to combine privacy with Spanish small city vibes.

We stayed a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to port sherry is a few minutes away, allowing us to walk smoothly. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, champu… it was not missing detail. We really liked that it was so equipped. Susana was very nice and was attentive to us on anything we need.

This is my second time staying at the villa and I had an amazing time with my guests. Carolien is really helpful and always responsive to any questions. I look forward to visiting again.

The stay in this accommodation is very good, with many amenities, very clean and the host attentive to everything. We would definitely repeat.

Teresa's place was large, three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Newly refurbished, everything was new and clean. Couple of problems with Netflix which were resolved by Teresa very quickly. We were there for six weeks in the off-season, so it was very quiet - did need a car to get around to all the tourist sites. Overall very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! Had everything we needed! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Joaquin the gardener! The area was lovely and quiet but also quite secluded so you will need a car! Highly recommended the local restaurant just outside the golf resort for great food! Will definitely be returning soon!

Great location to visit Sevilla! Quiet neighborhood, easy to park your car, supermarkets within short distance. The house has a well supplied kitchen and comfortable beds

Carlos was a 10-star host, I recommend this villa 100%. The villa is beautiful and everything is perfect, we found the house very clean, everything perfectly arranged. Carlos gives you some recommendations for the area to visit, he is very friendly, he is available in case you need anything. The outdoor area of the villa is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful and the lawn area with chill-out area is a luxury. The description of the house is totally accurate and even better in person. We had an incredible vacation, we rested a lot, we were able to enjoy a house with all the amenities and with great attention to detail. It is greatly appreciated to find such a well-kept house and that we arrive and everything is ready. To highlight, I had never been anywhere where the towels and sheets are like new and smell great, the comfort of the mattresses is fantastic. It has a great and perfectly prepared barbecue area. A wonderful stay in this beautiful house that has lovely features everywhere you look. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the local donkeys, goats and horses. With picturesque views of the mountains, the pool was perfect and a great size. Our daughter loved visiting the horses and the sweet cat that would visit us daily. Manuel, Plàcido and Antonio were all very friendly, and the home-grown fruit, veg and eggs delivery was so thoughtful. Gaucín is a very pretty town, and the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to come back!

Communication with Jan from the start was excellent. The house is super well located, and it's a wonder that it has air conditioning in every bedroom. Dinners on the terrace one pass. We would definitely do it again!

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

My partner, our French bulldog and I have been there for a week Juan was very helpful, he recommended places to visit, coves and restaurants The house was super clean and if it's beautiful in photos, in person it's amazing, you feel right at home Our dog has enjoyed the garden throughout the week as the temperature is very good to be there. It is located in a very quiet area, perfect for disconnecting We'll be back next year!!
