The apartment is quiet but at the same time it is a short walk from downtown and the promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It's not big but with everything you need to spend a few days for 3 people. Well connected also to visit surrounding villages. Yanira is very friendly and attentive. We're excited for the welcome touch.

The apartment is great, all spotless, 2 full bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms, very large dining room and fully furnished kitchen. And everything super clean. That's how it tastes. Everything is phenomenal. To be done, I'm sure

As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and is in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities that are advertised. Blanca was very helpful and kind to us, as well as the house, she offered us a list of things to do in San Vicente. We will definitely be back!! 😊

The apartment is conveniently located for enjoying the beaches of Pechón or visiting San Vicente de la Barquera. It is well equipped for 6 people, with 2 shower rooms and 3 bedrooms. I recommend it!

It's been a great stay. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had the thoughtfulness to turn on the heating before we arrived, which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were for winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet residential complex on the outskirts but very close to the urban center, even on foot. Very good communication, he was always there for us and made very good recommendations. If we were to go back to Comillas, we would definitely stay with Luis again. It was a real pleasure!!

Perfect to be a few days near the beach in one of the most demanded places currently in the north of Spain. Very bright, comfortable and clean apartment

This lovely flat is clean and in good condition. It is in the middle of Llanes, above a Pizzaria, surrounded by shops and restaurants. (The windows keep the noise out if they are closed at night.) The town beach is about 5 minutes walk away.

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Central location in the old town but also close to the beach. Owner responds quickly to all questions.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and the location is unbeatable. Also great to have Sonia as a host. Totally recommended!

Amazing place, wonderful views with a terrace where you could spend the whole day. Everything is perfect, the only thing I would say is that you can hear the other apartments a lot, but just to say something, I would return 100%

Couple trip with our dog (the one I definitely enjoy it the most) Wonderful surroundings, wonderful service, spectacular facilities, quiet, super safe for the dog to be loose around. Our dog was delighted, he befriended Piston, the dog of the owner of the property and he was left a little bed that he loved. We'll be back without hesitation

Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.

The house is very pretty, it is equipped with everything you need, the village is beautiful just like the views. Ramón has fixed all the unforeseen events that have arisen quickly. If your mobiles, just like mine, don't have any coverage in the village. It's difficult to communicate . Otherwise everything was great .

Very good views and good apartment, although the entrance for a low car was a bit complicated
